Coba and Punta Laguna

The Archeological Site of Coba is often overlooked when visiting the Riviera Maya. Approximately 1.5 hours south of Playa Del Carmen, it is just another 50 minutes from Tulum. Coba, at one point in time, was considered “the biggest and most powerful city states”. Coba controlled large areas of farmlands and trade routes. Bicycles or bicycle taxis are available to transport you around the site. Once finished with your exploration, you may visit the shops located outside the Site for to make some purchases. After a lunch stop, we will travel from Coba another 15 minutes to Punta Laguna for swimming, zip lines, and the Monkey Jungle tour.
